1/2 Sweet Cabbage
2 Carrots Peeled and grated
4 Shallots, thinly sliced
1 cup Bean Sprouts
3 Oranges Segmented (remove Skin, seeds and segment)

3/4 cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
1/4 Cup sour Cream
1/2 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
